2)What about it do you like most?: Marnie is the nicest lady in the world. She's really helpful and if you're lucky enough to get her undivided attention she can come up with amazing suggestions and substitutions.
3)What is your 2nd favorite?: Sip & Knit. The yarn selection is killer and it's hard to resist the playpen of discounted yarn.
4)What would you improve [about it] to make it a tie with your first?: I would switch shopkeepers. That would be a win-win. :)
